Three principles we work by.
Precision
Every change to a client’s systems is checked before and after it is made, and documented. Each month, clients receive a change record: what was changed, what was checked, and what was reverted.
Discretion
We work in the background. Clients decide whether and where their name appears. We publish neither references nor logos.
Continuity
We favour long-term relationships and document from the first day, so that processes survive every handover and nothing depends on one person’s memory.
An engagement usually begins with a review of the existing systems, on read-only access. From there we take over day-to-day operation: we keep the systems in order and document every step.
